Our client is a Telecommunications Company in UE expansion that manufactures & distributes digital cinema & communication electronics with a high potential technology. What are we looking for? An experienced, detail and results oriented team player to manage our e-commerce marketplace accounts and affiliate programs. This position will lead in the launches of new marketplaces and international expansion efforts in addition to supporting other ad hoc requests for acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge eCommerce including selling items on Amazon and eBay and have worked with integration software. What you will be doing: Play a leading role at developing and grow revenue and profitability at marketplace channels (including Amazon, Jet, Rakuten, eBay, etc.) and online affiliate program with strategic direction provided by and in collaboration with CMO. Develop new and innovative ways to increase sales and drive traffic leveraging internal marketing support and cross channel digital marketing initiatives. Analyse data from various sources, developing recommendations and strategies for online sales and lead their implementation. Manage and leverage available reporting and dashboard tools to analyse sales trends for forecasting purposes and to seek sales opportunities. Track performance metrics, providing reporting against KPIs, and implement strategies for improvement. Partner with internal cross functional teams including merchandising, product, and marketing to drive sales consistent with company’s global strategic direction. Optimise product listings as needed in all marketplace channels to maximise sales and ROI. Build relationships with key players on the 3rd party marketplace account teams. Benchmark, research, analyse, and outperform key competitors in our sector with creative new business approaches. Your credentials: Bachelor´s degree in a related field; preferably Business, Communications, or Marketing. Minimum 2+ years of applicable experience in E-commerce sales and/or marketing is a must. Experience with third party marketplace environments, such as Amazon, eBay, Jet, Fnac, Carrefour, Cdiscount, etc. A competitive minded self-starter, creative thinker and problem solver. Must be a team player, with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal. A passion for growing digital business results. Desired Qualifications that are a plus: Experience working with Google Analytics and other BI SEO/SEM Knowledge, emailing, on-line campaigns. Usability Best practices.
