Responsibilities: • Inbound sales & customer services • Assessment of clients profile, specific needs, artwork files & budget • Creation & issue of quotations, liaison with suppliers & account management • Managing leads and opportunities effectively to close sales • Supporting & working with your team & client development Minimum Qualifications: • Basic graphic design skills – Adobe software • Basic understanding of Printing Industry • Perform well under pressure • Excellent communication skills (use over the phone, by email and face to face) • Great Professional customer service skills • Keen eye & attention to detail • Analytical & Very Fast learner & Willing to learn • Professional, Responsible, Trustworthy & Punctual • Basic Sales & Account Management Skills We offer: • Permanent contracts, basic salary + team bonus subject to experience • Spanish classes & a great young exciting company culture
