Your main tasks will be: - Helping clients get on their feet and start using the platform. - Advising them, giving them the best solutions to reach their objectives. - Resolving clients' technical problems. - Development and improvement of Map platforms. - Daily meeting with the client. You will be responsible for getting the client's platform structural base settled, and preventing them having to contact support in the future by doing things right from the first go. You will be doing this both via phone and email. Web development familiarity is required: HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript.
