Spotahome is one of the fastest growing startups in Europe: in less than 2 years, we have expanded nationwide in Spain and internationally to Italy, France, Ireland, UK, and Belgium. As we are expanding at a fast pace, we are looking for a full-time Photo and Video Content Manager to help us control the visual quality of our listings. You will be responsible for hiring and managing a group of photographers and maintaining brand standards in 12 cities (and more!). Responsibilities: Hire and manage a team of freelance photographers around Europe and more. Create style and photography brand guideline and implement it for brand consistency. Maintain photography standard: create a shot list for photo shoots. Evaluate and review photos and video for listings. Review and provide feedback for photos and video tours submitted by photographers. Collaborate with other departments including Sales and Marketing team. Manage photography and video projects for non-listing related content (social media, events, etc). Help build and maintain Spotahome’s brand reputation through visual content. Requirements: Management experience: photography studio management, art direction, or related. Preferred: experience organizing photo shoots and coordination. Preferred: experience in creating photography and brand guidelines Preferred: experience managing budgets. Native or near-native English speaker/writer. Demonstrated experience in interior photography. Knowledge of Gopro equipment. Able to provide constructive feedback and advice to photographers. Expertise in various photo editing softwares.
