We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who will be part of one of the SCRUM teams charged with developing the products with which Scytl is transforming the way that electoral processes are managed around the world. Responsibilities -Participate in the sprint planning and review meetings at each sprint iteration. -Definition of the test procedures that will be used to validate completion of each user story. -Participate in the daily stand up meetings and collaborate with the software development colleagues to implement QA tests and procedures. -Responsibility to ensure that test coverage for every new feature is solid enough to detect potential issues at a later development stage -Work with software development colleagues to create regression, security, performance and API compatibility tests -Support the team in preparing demos and deliveries to make sure that sprint reviews are agile and successful -Creation of integration testing tools to validate meta features of a chain of products, such as interconnected modules, systems and products -In collaboration with the product owners and the rest of the SCRUM team, make sure that the end user of the product gets the best possible SLA and experience, while assuring that new deliveries never break any service for existing users Requirements -Written and spoken English at Negotiation level -University degree in computer science, or equivalent level -At least 3 years in a similar position -Good knowledge of formal testing techniques -Experience working with open source tools, libraries and products -Basic knowledge of a programming language such as Java Extra points for: -Knowledge of cryptography: PKI, PKCS -Knowledge of Java (J2SE, J2EE) -Experience with Automation Recording tools ( Selenium, Windmill, Watir, FitNess ) -Knowledge of data access applications development (SQL, JDBC).
