Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead the Interactive Business Unit. You will develop top quality interactives, data visualizations and dashboards. You will define and optimize execution processes to increase efficiency. You will design and implement the development strategy for the Business Unit and lead its growth plan. You will develop interactive infographics, dashboards, builders and HTML5 presentations projects. You will work closely with designers and project manager to effectively deliver top quality results and manage clients expectations, timings and resources. you will liaise with clients on the technical aspects of each project. A Junior developer will report to you and you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring him. You will design and execute new product development plans and evolve current products based on market and customer needs. You will keep your ear to the ground to incorporate industry best practices and important developments into our products. We continuously work on improving our processes to become more efficient. Alongside the creative and the project management teams you will review and optimize our current execution processes. You will create detailed processes for every type of product with varying level of quality and complexity. What are we looking for?
