We at "RED NUGGET - communications for manufacturers" are looking for a motivated Senior UX Designer in order to build a revolutionary marketplace in the industrial segment. You are used to work in a team (team player mindset is a must!) and have good communication skills. You also feel comfortable working in a mixed and multicultural environment (business,design,customer support, etc.) and take ownership/responsibility/pride of your work (we don't do blame-storming here!). What are your tasks? • Create key interaction features on the platform for the producer and user consumer side • Apply the design thinking process within an Agile environment • Use appropriate UX tools for research and discovery • Define the core interaction problems and design solutions for them • Communicate solutions in the most understandable format—this could be site maps, task flows, high fidelity wireframes, and concept presentations • Create Wireframes + Mockups to support the development team • Support developers during the design delivery phase • Conduct usability testing, research and optimization through an appropriate set of tools Requirements • You’re fluent in English.
